Large Corrugated Yard Signs

Oversized 4mm corrugated plastic signs for high-visibility outdoor advertising, event promotions, directional messaging and facility identification. These fixed large-format sizes provide a much bigger visual footprint than a standard yard sign while remaining lightweight.

What’s included

• White 4mm fluted polypropylene
• Full-color CMYK UV printing
• Single- or double-sided options
• Full-bleed printing
• No minimum order quantity
• Basic artwork preflight before production

Material and sizing

4mm corrugated plastic is approximately 3/16 inch thick, recyclable and rated for temporary outdoor durability up to approximately one year under suitable conditions. Flute direction can be limited on larger sizes to optimize material usage.

Artwork requirements

• Print-ready PDF at actual finished size is preferred.
• Do not add bleed.
• Convert fonts to outlines and embed images.
• Convert artwork to CMYK for predictable printed color.
• Custom shapes require a vector contour cut path.
• Avoid cut features that leave less than approximately 1 inch of material width.
