Website content is provided for general information about RedBug capabilities. Product availability, specifications, lead times and pricing may change and are not final until confirmed in a RedBug quote, order or agreement.

Public-safety equipment

Public-safety and life-safety products must be selected, configured, used, inspected and maintained according to applicable manufacturer instructions, department policies, certifications and standards. RedBug will only represent products and certifications based on verified manufacturer information and authorized sales channels.

No emergency or medical service

This website is not an emergency communications service and does not provide medical advice. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency communications system for your location.

Creative work and intellectual property

RedBug branding, website content, original designs and other protected material may not be copied or reused without permission. Client ownership and usage rights for commissioned work are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Quotes and orders

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee product availability. Work begins according to the applicable quote, agreement, deposit, approval or ordering process established for the project.
