Text Messaging Terms

Consent to receive texts

When you voluntarily provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages from RedBug Studios LLC, you authorize RedBug and its messaging service providers to send messages to that number for the purposes described at the time of consent. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing RedBug services.

Types of messages

Depending on your relationship with RedBug and your consent, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment or consultation reminders, project updates, approval requests, invoice or payment notices, order or shipping updates, support messages, account or service notices, and occasional promotional messages where permitted.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your project, account activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

You may revoke consent to optional text messages at any time. When two-way text messaging is available, reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may also opt out by contacting RedBug at hello@redbugstudiosar.com or (870) 227-8030. A final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile information and privacy

We use mobile numbers and messaging records to communicate with you, operate our services, document consent and opt-out requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell mobile numbers to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing. Messaging vendors may process information on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Number changes

If you stop using a mobile number that you previously provided to RedBug, please notify us so we can update our records and avoid sending messages intended for you to a reassigned number.

We may update these terms as our messaging practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
